01.04.2005 Going online with Flex e-Learning English In December 2004, the Academic Board of Language Link Russia decided that the time had come to teach English online. Though there have been a few glitches (it would be online otherwise), students are now signing up and registering for all the bells and whistles that this distance learning tool has to offer: English courses for children, adults and business people, TOEFL Prep courses for study abroad hopefuls, slang/ business idioms of the day and so on.
