Recognitions & Affiliations

It has often been said that «you are known by the company you keep». If such is true, then Language Link figures in good company. Our schools of English in Britain are recognised by the British Council under their English Language Schools Recognition Scheme and are a full member of English UK (formerly ARELS-- Association of Recognised English Language Services). In Russia, our Schools of English, French and Russian are all recognised by the local Departments of Education found in the cities where they are located. In addition, Language Link, Russia is an authorised Trinity College, London Examination Test Centre. We are equally an authorized examination center for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examination Board. In Moscow, Language Link has been awarded the title, «Specialized English Language Testing and Examination Expert» (in Russian it sounds worse). Language Link is fully accredited by Cambridge University to organize and run teacher training courses leading to the award of the prestigious CELTA and DELTA (Certificate and Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults).  We are also an authorized Cambridge TKT (Teacher Knowledge Test) examination centre.  The School has also been validated by the London Chamber of Commerce Examinations Board (LCCIEB) to train and examine teachers looking to earn the LCCIEB Foundation Certificate in Teaching Business English (FTBE). Language Link is also a fully authorised Cambridge ESOL centre approved to run its exams and tests to include the general English exams Ket, Pet, FCE, CAE and CPE and its young learner English tests Starters, Movers and Fliers Today, Language Link works not only as a full partner with MIOO (Moscow Institute for Open Education formerly MIPKRO) but also in cooperation with a number of leading Russian universities and provides a wide range of educational services. Since starting our teaching operation in Russia, Language Link has been making presentations and/ or acting as an educational consultant to the Regional Institute for the Upgrading of Foreign Language Qualifications (RIPKRO), Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press and Longman Publishers. We have likewise piloted books and materials for a number of these publishers and provided feedback on their materials already in print. Since 1996, Language Link has been a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and is the only School of English to be endorsed by them. Considering the «company» that Language Link has chosen to keep, it is no wonder that we are the Premier Language School operating in Russia today.
